Dania Cup 2011 sluttede lørdag i strålende sol. Vi vil gerne her benytte lejligheden til at takke alle deltagere, dommere og ikke mindst de mange frivillige hjælpere. I har alle medvirket til at gøre Dania Cup 2011 til en fantastisk og minderig agilityuge. Vi håber I har haft en god uge lige som os :-)
Resultater, links til de mange billedserier, baner m.m vil i løbet af den kommende uge blive gjort tilgængelig her på bloggen.
Endnu en gang tak for denne gang :-)

Dania Cup 2011 ended Saturday in beautyful sunshine. We will like to take the opportunity to thank all participants, judges and last but not least the many voluntary officials. You have all helped to make Dania Cup 2011 another fantastic and memorable agility week. We hope that you have enjoyed it as much as us :-)

Kære agilityvenner / Dear agility friends :-)

Dansk:
Efter et par dages kaos, hvor hjemmeside og e-mailkonti har været off-line, er der nu igen forbindelse til Surftown. I venstre side af skærmen er der nu oprettet et menupunkt "Downloads", hvor I kan finde stævnekatalog med deltageroversigt og tidsplaner, tillige med PM for stævnet på dansk og engelsk.

Samtidig er hjemmesiden opdateret med restaurantens menu de enkelte aftener under stævnet. Husk, at aftensmad lørdag (9. juli) og morgenmad (10. juli) kræver forudbestilling pr. mail til mail@daniacup.dk.

Vi glæder os til at se jer alle om nogle få dage :-)

After a couple of days in chaos with our WEB-page and e-mail accounts off-line, the connection to Surftown is re-established. In the left side of your screen we have established a menu named "Downloads", where you can find the competition catalouge including the list of participants and the daily time schedules as well as the PM for Dania Cup 2011 in both Danish and English.

At the same time the WEB-page has been updated with the menu from the restaurant for the different competition days. Please note that dinner (July 9) as well as breakfast (July 10) only will be available upon pre-order via email (mail@daniacup.dk).

We are looking forward to see you in a few days :-)

Kære venner / Dear friends!

Surftown.dk oplyser nu på deres hjemmeside, at alle de berørte kunder vil være i normal drift senere i dag. Vi har dog oprettet en "nød e-mail adresse", som I kan bruge hvis I har akut behov for at komme i kontakt med os (daniacup@sport.dk).

Our internet provider has now informed us that they expect to return to normal operations later today. However we have established an "emergency" e-mail adress which you can use in order to get in contact with us (daniacup@sport.dk).

Kære agilityvenner / Dear agility friends

Her (mandag formiddag) har vi stadig ingen forbindelse til hjemmeside- og e-mail serverne hos vores internetudbyder (Surftown.dk). De kraftige regnskyl, der i weekenden har ramt København, har forårsaget oversvømmelser, der påvirker driften.
Lige nu forsøger vi at finde en alternativ løsning, således at vi kan forsyne jer med de sidste informationer om Dania Cup, bl.a. stævnekataloget med tidsplaner for hele ugen.
Vi takker for jeres tålmodighed :-)

At this time (Monday morning) we still do not have any connections to our WEB-page and e.mail servers at our internet host (Surftown.dk). The extreme rain showers, which hit Copenhagen over the weekend, has caused flooding at the IT operations center.
At this moment we are concidering alternate solutions which will make it possible for us to provide you with the final information about Dania Cup, i.e. the daily time schedules and the competition catalouge.

Kære agilityvenner!
Efter betalingsfristens udløb har det desværre vist sig, at ikke alle tilmeldte ekvipager har ønsket at gøre brug af deres plads ved Dania Cup 2011. Det betyder rent faktisk, at vi på nuværende tidspunkt har "tømt" vores venteliste, hvorfor det (lidt uventet) har vist sig muligt at tilbyde deltagelse til yderligere ca. 20-25 ekvipager (max. 3 starter pr. dag pr. ekvipage).
Skulle du derfor have lyst til at deltage i Dania Cup 2011 kan du via dette link (http://www.daniacup.dk/DC%20-%20Dansk%20-%20Engelsk/DC2011tilmelding-waiting%20list.htm) efteranmelde til sommerens store agilitystævne. De ledige pladser vil blive tildelt efter "først-til-mølle" princippet.

When the final date for payment for participation in Dania Cup 2011 expired, we encountered that a number of the registered competitors did not want to participate. In practise this means that we have emptied our waiting list, and therefore we are able to offer app. 20-25 competitors a chance to participate in Dania Cup (a maximum of 3 starts pr. day pr. competitor).

Der er mindre end 2 måneder til Dania Cup, og forberedelserne er i fuld gang. Skulle din hund siden tilmeldingen være rykket op, vil vi sætte pris på hurtigst muligt at modtage en besked herom. Såfremt din hund er rykket fra klasse 1 til klasse 2, kan vi oplyse, at det er muligt at efteranmelde til de ekstra klasse 2 løb, som oprykningen muliggør. Dania Cup is less than 2 months away, and our preparations are ongoing. If your dog has qualified for a higher grade since you registered, we will very much appreciate to be informed. If your dog has qualified for class 2, we are very pleased to let you know that it is possible to register for the extra class 2 runs made possible by your class 2 qualification. Just send us an e-mail if you wish to register for the extra classes.

Payment in EURO (English language only)

Dear agility friends!

Several of you have asked whether it is possible to pay in Euro for your participation in Dania Cup 2011. We have asked our bank whether or not they accept payment in foreign currency, and they have announced that payment in Euro is acceptable.

Due to the fact that we will be charged by our bank for the exchange from Euro to Danish Kroner, we are only able to offer you an exchange rate of 7,30 Danish Kroner pr. Euro.

If it should occur that your payment in Euro do not cover the total payment in Danish Kroner, we will charge you for the rest of your payment upon your arrival at Dania Cup 2011.

Venteliste / Waiting list

Vi har fået et større antal forespørgsler om deltagelse fra agilityudøvere, der ikke nåede at tilmelde sig inden vi lukkede for tilmelding til årets Dania Cup. Da vi fra de foregående år ved, at vi i perioden frem til stævnet vil modtage en del afbud fra deltagere, som er blevet tilbudt plads, har vi besluttet at oprette en venteliste. DU kan tilmelde dig på ventelisten her.

We have recieved a number of requests for participation from agility competitors, who did not register before we closed the on line registration for this years Dania Cup. Traditionally we will recieve a number of cancellations from competitors who have been offered the possibility to participate, in the period from now and up to the competition. Therefore we have established a waiting list. YOU can register on the waiting list here.

Due to the fact that we have recieved registrations for more than 1250 starts per day for Dania Cup 2011, we have decided to terminate the on-line registration.

Vi forventer, at on-line tilmeldingen vil blive lukket 24. februar 2011 kl. 23.59, da vi på nuværende tidspunkt har modtaget tilmelding på mere end 500 hunde, og derfor forventer, at det maksimale antal starter på 1250 starter pr. stævnedag er passeret. Hvis du vil bevare chancen for at kunne deltage, er det således ved at være sidste chance for at sende din tilmelding.

We expect to terminate the on-line registration February 24 2011 at 11.59 PM due our expectation that the maximum number of starts (1250 starts per day) has been reached with the more than 500 dogs presently registered. If you want to preserve your chance to participate, we urge you to register within the next 2 days.

Vi har modtaget en del dobbelttilmeldinger indeholdende besked om, at afsenderne ikke har modtaget en e-mail kopi af den første tilmelding. I alle disse tilfælde er forklaringen, at tilmelderen har anført en forkert e-mail adresse i tilmeldingen.
Det er derfor afgørende nødvendigt, at I kontrollerer de indtastede informationer FØR I sender tilmeldingen, og sikrer jer at e-mail adressen er anført korrekt.

We have recived a number of duplicate registrations containing the message that the person who registered did not recive an e-mail copy of the first registration. In all these cases the explanation are that the person who registered used a wrong e-mail address in the registration.
It is therefore extremely important that you check the information you type in the registration form PRIOR TO submitting it, and make sure that you have typed the correct e-mail address.

Dania Cup 2011 - Nu godkendt af Dansk Kennel Klub/Finally approved by the Danish Kennel Club

Efter lang tids venten, har Dansk Kennel Klub nu godkendt Dania Cup 2011 som officielt stævne, og dette figurerer nu også på den officielle stævnekalender på hundeweb.dk. Dania Cup 2011 has after several months waiting finally been approved by the Danish Kennel Club, and the competition can now be found in the calender on hundeweb.dk. This means that the homepage will be updated within the next week or so with information concering this years competition. We are sorry for keeping you waiting :-)
